Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed a receipt immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can track your order on our Track Order page.

Q: Does Girl Riot provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely. If you find damage or quality issues with the product, contact us immediately at customercare@girlriot.net. We do all we can to make it right.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Q: How do I order on your website?

Simply select the product(s) you like and click the  "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible. Your payment is secured by Paypal - Mastercard - Visa - AMEX.
